My name is Teresa Riddle.  I am a graduate of Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville and have been employed with the Edwardsville School District as a First Grade teacher since 1996.  The first eleven years of my teaching career were at Leclaire Elementary School.   When Goshen Elementary School opened in 2008, I was transferred as one of 5 first grade teachers.  Goshen has been my home ever since.

 

I do not have children of my own, but I have been blessed with 11 wonderful nieces and nephews.  I take pride in being a teacher and am very grateful to all the parents who have trusted me with the lives and education of their children over the years. I love what I do and my goal as a teacher is to help any child who crosses my path to be a respectful and successful citizen both in and out of the school setting.  This means helping them to reach their full potential.  

 

I know it is going to be a wonderful year in first grade, and it is my honor to be your child’s teacher.
